A macronutrient is simply a source of caloric fuel for the body coming in the form of either fat, carbohydrate or proteins. The sample meal plan will provide a basic day in the life of an athlete on our training prescription although we don’t want to chain you down to eating the same things everyday, day in and day out.

This section will offer you choices so you may plug and implement your own diet prescription that agrees with your taste buds while not sacrificing any muscle gain.
