The Armstrong Fitness System: Blueprint

an imageI really hate the fitness industry. For an industry that should really be about creating better lives for people, it sure is a ruthless place. Everyone is claiming to have the newest and greatest workout routine, or piece of exercise equipment, or diet pill, or gizmo or widget, or whatever...

It should be about health. It should be about getting people in the shape they want to be in so they can have a better quality of life. It should be about creating and building relationships and being as helpful and honest as possible. Sadly, it is not.

I'm not a writer. I wasn't even going to build this website and sell products, but I got so FRUSTRATED with the lies of the fitness industry that I HAD to. I wanted to create a place where people could forget all the fancy bells and whistles and just hear what it takes to get in the kind of shape that YOU really want to get in.

And I know this from experience. The picture you see here is of me 14 weeks after deciding to do something about my poor shape.I was going to school for Health and Fitness Management at the University of Wisconsin-MIlwaukee. I had an internship helping run a health club, and was so upset at how it was about selling memberships, or tshirts, or extra training packages. I never once heard "Hey, lets get people in shape and feeling great about their lives!" I saw personal trainers charging over $50/hour giving their clients information that wasn't very helpful.

Maybe its just me... but if you're paying someone to help you get in shape, you want to make sure you can trust them and make sure they can get you results!

I quit my internship. I turned my back to the industry and said I never wanted to work in that business again. Everything I had worked for for the last 4 years of my life felt like it was a waste. I gained over 50 lbs and was miserable.

I knew I needed a change. I hated the way I looked and wanted to do something about it. I said "forget the book knowledge", figuring that's what all those terrible personal trainers built their routines on, and said "What are the BEST drug-free bodybuilders in the world doing?". I spent months and THOUSANDS of dollars researching. Buying up every dvd or ebook I could from anyone in great shape. I started applying what I had learned...

I lost 40 pounds in 14 weeks and changed my life. I had never been in great shape before. I had never really touched the weights. But by rolemodeling the most successful people I could find and making distinctions along the way, I not only got in great shape, but years later am STILL in great shape. I built this website to save you all of the time and money I spent. To give it to you straight up, what does it take for someone to get in great shape, with as little effort as possible, as quickly as possible.
